Lightning Eyes

I would like to thank my awesome friend, Matt. I used an effect that I used by itself in a bunch of pictures I uploaded before this one however I think this is the best piece. Find details about how to make this in the description in my pictures 'Lightning Experiments'.

This was done just as the others are, however with a Reflected Gradient so I obtained two lines. Then the layer was put on screen I believe. this made the black background disappear.
